September news
September 18th, 2015

I hope you’ve had a chance to read What to Do with a Duke. I was very excited to hear it was named a 2015 Amazon Best of the Month category pick in romance for the month of September. You know when your editor sends you an email before she even leaves home saying “Big News,” it’s a good day.

Speaking of good days, I just handed in my edits for How to Manage a Marquess, the second book in the Spinster House series, coming in May. I suspect there will be more tweaks needed, but the book is now on my editor’s desk. Good thing as Mr. M and I are leaving for London and Paris! In London, I’ll be dragging Mr. M around to “look at spoons” as he calls my research. Paris will be more “just” sightseeing, though we are also going to visit Milady, my French publisher. (Here’s the Sally MacKenzie page.) Mr. M is looking forward to practicing his French.

I have the best of intentions to post photos of our travels on my Facebook page–we shall see how well I manage. Much depends on the Internet at the hotel and on how exhausted I am at the end of the day. I’m hoping to give my Fitbit a real work out!
